We recommend booking at least 1–3 days in advance, especially during peak season (June–August and December–January). Same-day bookings may be available subject to availability. For group bookings (10+ passengers), please book at least one week ahead.

• Sunscreen and sunglasses
• Motion sickness medication if needed
• Light jacket (it can be cold on the boat)
• Cash (IDR) for port fees

Life jackets are provided on all vessels. Luggage allowance is 20kg per person.

Your safety is our absolute top priority. If sea conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain or the local port authority (ASDP), departures will be delayed or cancelled. We will notify all passengers immediately and offer free rescheduling or a full refund.

Yes! To cancel or change your booking, simply WhatsApp us with your booking details:

• 24+ hours before departure: Full refund or free reschedule
• Less than 24 hours: 50% refund or free reschedule
• No-show: No refund

Changes are subject to availability and are processed at no extra charge.

Each passenger is allowed 20kg of luggage included in the ticket price. Surfboards, bicycles, and oversized items may be charged extra. Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring large items.

• Padang Bai → Gili Trawangan: 1.5–2 hours
• Sanur → Nusa Penida: ~45 minutes
• Sanur → Nusa Lembongan: ~30 minutes
• Padang Bai → Lembar (Lombok): 4–5 hours

Crossing times may vary slightly depending on sea conditions and stops.
